The semi-automatic dry ice block machine B207 is a fully Proface TM PLC controlled and supervised hydraulically driven unit.

Our standard dry ice machine B207 is producing a slice with a dimension of 210 x 125 x 20 mm which is normally used for airline catering. It is also possible to produce other thicknesses up to 25 mm by manual adjustment of the snow injection time. Other slice dimensions are available on request.

Fully automatic control of hydraulic parameters, temperatures and snow injection process guarantees continuous dry ice production at the press of a button.

The integrated PLC touch screen display informs the user about every step of the dry ice operation. We guarantee very low maintenance and reliable operation.

All important operator information such as machine status, history list etc. are easily visible on screen.
