Automatic Dry Ice Machine BP407-S7
The automatic dry ice block and pellet machine BP407-S7 is a fully Siemens PLC controlled and supervised hydraulic driven unit.
Our standard dry ice machine BP407-S7 is producing a slice with a dimension of 210 x 125 x 20 mm which is normally used for the airline catering. It is also possible to produce additional 9 different thicknesses up to 60mm thickness. Other slice dimensions are available on request.
10 different thicknesses of slices or blocks which you may require can be defined enabling you to cover different market requests either for airline catering (20-25 mm thickness) or for any other transport cooling where thicker blocks are used. It is also possible to produce two different pellets with a diameter of 3, 9, 10 or 16 mm.
To maximise the CO2 to dry ice conversion ratio the dry ice pelletizer can be connected to an ASCO CO2 revert recovery system.
