Dry Ice Pelletizer A220P
The dry ice pelletizer A220P is driven by a powerful hydraulic unit and features instant push button start. All functions are controlled by an built-in PLC. Fully automatic control of oil temperature and dry ice snowing process guarantees continuous dry ice production without any supervision right from push button start.
To maximise the CO2 to dry ice conversion ratio the dry ice pelletizer can be connected to an ASCO CO2 revert recovery system.
If a higher degree of automation is required, a production control system and an automatic filling system are available (see options in leaflet below).
The dry ice pelletizer A220P-D3 is standardly equipped with an extruder plate for the production of dry ice pellets with a diameter of 3 mm. (part no. 903005).
